When they find the one that would be perfect, complications set in when there are multiple buyers and when the seller has family problems. Everything gets complicated. Another year in the small apartment is unthinkable.
Phil Jordan and his sisters, Mavis and Vicki own the home Steve and Rachael want to purchase. But these siblings don't all agree to selling it. On top of that, one of the siblings acts strange and the family will have to make medical decisions that could be traumatic.
And finally, Anita Collins will be making a decision on whether or not to hold on to Emerald Grocery or hand over ownership to her son and his wife. If she does, what will she do? Take over managing her Bed and Breakfast on Jewel Lake?
And then there is the surprise ending as a new grey-haired man comes to town. What kind of an impact will he have?
