Returns & Refund Policy
Returns
At Olibro.eu, our goal is to make buying English books online simple and worry-free. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have the right to return your items within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Returned books must be in the same condition as received – unused, undamaged, and with their original appearance intact. This means that books should not be read or otherwise used if you wish to return them as non-defective items.
To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] and include your order number. Our team will provide you with clear instructions on how to proceed.
Refunds and replacements
Once the returned item reaches our warehouse and is inspected, we will process your refund using the original payment method or, if you prefer, replace the item with a new one.
In accordance with European Union regulations, refunds are processed no later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods.
If a delivery fee was applied to your order, it will not be refunded unless the returned item is defective.
Return costs
Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return.
If you are returning a non-defective item (for example, if you changed your mind), the return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
If you are returning a defective or damaged item (for example, a book with a damaged cover), we will cover all return-related costs.
In such cases, please contact us before sending the item back so we can arrange the most convenient solution.
Damaged or defective books
If you have received a damaged or defective book, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
Please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected], including your order number and a brief description of the issue. If possible, attach photos.
After reviewing the situation, we will offer a suitable solution – replacement, refund, or an alternative option.
Additional information
All books are checked before dispatch. However, minor signs caused by transportation or storage (such as slight scratches on the cover) may occur and are not considered defects.
Please note that Olibro.eu is not responsible for the content of the books (such as translation or editing quality), as this is the responsibility of the publisher.
