The rest of the cells are empty. The goal is to place 1's and 0's in all cells in such a way that: 1. Each row and each column must contain an equal number of 1's and 0's. 2. no more than two of either number adjacent to each other . 3. Each row and column is unique, there can be no identical rows or columns. Similar to Sudoku, each puzzle begins with several squares in the grid already filled.
