After a terrible battle, Navy SEAL Ocean "Blue" Beckett is captured and tortured by the enemy. Battle fatigued with PTSD, Blue is rotated out of his unit to teach at Panama City, Florida. He's supposed to get his shit together, see a therapist about his condition and work his way back to active duty.
