As an artist and a writer, I often use my friends as a sounding-board, to see what their thoughts are. My friends are a collection in an of themselves, of artists, writers, critics, actors, producers, musicians, and ordinary people. They are all intelligent (excepting maybe the ones who send me Farm-Ville requests) and it is their opinion that I often succumb to when my well being is on the line (I tried to quit drinking, recently, and they have been my support group -- I don't do meetings). Book Face is a concept book, similar to my other collections of unfinished work, bits and pieces of poetry, and whatever else has come from my pen -- or in this case, my status messages.
