The world as humans knew it no longer is run by the living, but by werewolves and the undead. Jared Wilson, also an old vampire and ruler of the uncontrolled state of Kentucky, has a plan to strengthen his officers, however his plans become uncontrollable and begin to unwind leaving Jared to face his old friend and nemesis Wesley Rowe. Wesley Rowe and Jared Wilson have a long history together and once again their paths cross only this time it isn't on friendly terms, not that it ever was. Wesley Rowe knows that Jared Wilson has something to do with the terror that has befallen this beloved state and is determined to prove it, but will Jared Wilson be able to cover his tracks.
