Description

This is the story of Lee, the youngest of the orphans, who is fostered by a childless Italian couple living on a vast agricultural farm. It portrays the strength Lee showed while her foster mother took it upon herself to change her destiny. Despite being constantly challenged by life, Lee remained courageous and gentle. Will she ever find happiness, or will the cruel twist of fate change her life dramatically? One cannot but wonder how differently her life would have been had her real mother lived.
