The fate of mankind rests in your hands. The night that Travis met Heather changed the course of his life, and the fate of Earth, forever. The little voice he heard on the way out to his friend's house couldn't have been more accurate. "Tonight your life changes forever". At first Travis rejected the idea, but once he met Heather he accepted it wholeheartedly. Changes is a story that follows Travis as he meets and falls in love with Heather, a girl from out of town. How far out of town? Well, Travis learns early on that she's from a lot farther away than just a few states. Heather, or Weeshwah as she's really known, is from a spaceship that orbits our solar system while its inhabitants of Watchers spy on Earthlings psychically while they wait to see if the Council will decide to intervene or destroy the planet. Little does Travis know Weeshwah is the daughter of the Head of Council and is slated to take his place when he retires. As their relationship builds, Travis learns that there is a Yughnal, or Watcher, who has his eyes on her as well. This alien, Regni, will stop at nothing to have Weeshwah and her seat on the Council for himself. There is a constant struggle between the three of them that ends up leaving Travis in the conundrum of saving or destroying the planet he's always called home.
