Conflict is normal part of every society. So if it doesn¿t solve properly, it will make a country unstable. There are two main mechanisms for conflict resolution. That is, formal court litigation and informal dispute resolution mechanism. The formal justice system refers the involvement of criminal justice components such as police, public prosecutor, court and correctional administration. Informal dispute resolution refers to a private dispute resolution mechanism, which can be classified into Alternative dispute resolution, restorative justice and customary dispute resolution.
