As Dogfish Project opens in the middle of the 21st century, the proliferation of nuclear weapons in third world countries with a grudge has resulted in near global nuclear war. Designated the Dogfish Project, the Nuclear Ultra-Morphic Submersible (NUMSUB) is the most advanced weapon system the world has ever known.
