Here we achieve lesser pass band droop than SMCF(Sharpened Modified Comb Filter) by Laddomada and alias rejection better than basic CIC with the use of compensation techniques along with SMCFs. Sine based compensation, maximally flat compensation and SMCF are discussed in detail and compensation techniques are applied to SMCF by Laddomada for achieving improved results.
