There are times in our lives when we all must walk on eggshells. There are times when we have to look out for ourselves, or others. There are times when we are sad, happy, or even in love. It is at these times we feel most triggered, most alone, most paranoid, and most afraid. These eggshells we walk on aren't all that hard, but the shards that stick to us can cut just as deeply as any words can. This is a collection of poetry by a college student who had been walking on eggshells for quite some time. Since graduation, Patricia Larsted has stopped walking on those eggshells and began preserving the eggs themselves. Somehow she has managed to survive sadness, stigma, and scrutiny. She invites you to feel these words and look at your own life to see if your eggshells are keeping you from your dreams.
