Over one million Earth years ago, Farsight, a planet of benevolent, empathic aliens, intercepts a message from the planet Earth asking for help. They send a crew of highly qualified individuals, prized by their society these beings are also deemed expendable. The same qualities that make them exceptional also keep them from fitting comfortably into Farsight society. This crew changes Earth's history. Three pivotal times in Earth's saga the Farseers led by Commander Bretad visit and alter the Earth's course. Aided by brilliant Science Officer Juvik and guided by beautiful Remotist Sidana they strive to set the planet on the course they feel the Supreme Being desires. Farseers have extraordinarily long life expectancies, but even they could not have bridged the million years it took the race of man to evolve without the cryo-sleep technology of Farsight. Earth was not the only planet that evolved over time, Farsight and its inhabitants also faced its challenges and each new awakening presented the crew with problems and opportunities to confront or take advantage of.
