The journey of manhood begins in a world of fear and uncertainty, but when God intersects this world, things start to happen. He helps us move beyond our self-doubt, apathy, and timidity into a life of increasing action, power, and intimacy with the Lord as He works in and through us. Gideon's story, like ours, is a story about worship. God makes us into godly men (and women) not just for our own benefit but for his glory, and true manhood is found in realizing and accepting this fact, learning to glorify God through our lives in all we do. Gideon's Cry gives encouragement to all who accept this challenge to grow into a generation of true men and women who lift up God's name, walk in his power and love, and see his victory.
