The key is in knowing whether or not the price is worth it. Everybody has a story and this one is mine. What's it about? Well, how 'bout takin' a little stroll with me... Castie Gibson is the picture of courage (and fear), strength (and weakness), and hope (and despair). Beginning somewhere near the middle, this tale evolves as she learns to accept her shortcomings and to use her mistakes as the fuel to reach the next level. All of the trials before and ahead serve as the building blocks to her pillar of strength, raising her endurance and bringing the world to its knees. Going up against incredible odds (internal and external) she pushes herself once more to the brink... finally finding happiness and love in the most unexpected of places. Loosely based on events from my life as well as my dreams for the future, Hatching Eggs could be considered a fictional biography, or perhaps a lengthy press release for what's to come. My motivation to write this story was the reality that dreams are often hard to realize. I know that there is a possibility that CuBeD may never soar and CeCe may fail to reign over the rock industry but my heart, my soul and my passion went into this project. Through it I know that when I'm on my deathbed after I've spent a lifetime trying I will be happy because it is written that somewhere it did.
