Kidversation Questions (Nearly 80 questions!)
The first portion of the book contains parenting advice, tools, and ideas you can use to have deeper and more meaningful relationships with your children. This is advice you can use well beyond the questions. The second portion contains nearly 80 questions. Each question comes with a set of additional questions and discussion points you can use to guide the conversation. In addition, each question is accompanied by additional parenting advice (called Parent-to-Parent) that helps you to understand why the question is important as well as providing additional context. Each question also comes with several supporting questions you can use to keep the conversation going. And finally, each question comes with handful of debrief questions for you to answer as a way to think about how well the conversation went and what can be done differently next time. There is no more important, and no more challenging relationship than the one between children and parents. Kidversation is a fantastic tool for bridging the divide that can sometimes form. And it does so in a way that is fun, engaging, and deeply appreciated by parents and children alike.
