Until he learns the infinite range of possibilities the fabulous jewel can offer. Progressively he tries his best to help the less fortunate, as he feels it is his duty for the much he has been favored. And then the moment comes when driven by his desire to improve the status quo in his adopted country, the second largest in the world, he assumes its absolute control. He proceeds with the best of intentions, perhaps, but his methods of dealing with the situations are single-minded and quite dictatorial.
