Eddy Current Testing is very useful, especially in industrial oil and gas, nuclear and manufacturing of airplanes that require a thorough inspection to determine the degree of defect that occurs in a material and thus avoid accidents due to leaks and cracks. The use of fuzzy logic in this study is intended to obtain the precision and accuracy of defect measuring that occurs in a material besides considering the error compensated was obtained from lift-off. The merger of the absolute and differential probe sensor in this study purposely to determine the depth of the defects and also Lift-off is happening. The ongoing review of this eddy current should be continued to improve the productivity of an industry.
