His crazed obsession with the goings-on across the street, coupled with some intense investigation, uncover an entire network of meth labs....and the ruthless drug-lord behind it all. Mack has a plan. A plan that draws on his military past, along with outdated, but still useful, military tools and tactics. Mack must skirt the borders of law and crime to undermine an entire drug empire, hoping to walk away unscathed before Gina returns.
