Description

One of the most institutionalised features of growing up in the UK, whatever background you are from, involves religion in some form. The main religions teach society about good morals and values, which are a marker to bring out the best of who we are, to live good lives, but essentially dominate and control how people want to be and how they feel too. In this book, I want to tease out and unpack some of the questionable ways and practices that bring out the worst in religion, in my experience, specifically about the Roman Catholic Church.
