His best-and only friend is a stringy ten-year-old neighborhood boy named Billy. Billy's turbulent home life frequently sends him looking to Will as a role model. On assignment in Puerto Rico Will meets Natalia Colon, a beautiful and devout woman, and he uncharacteristically falls for her. But just as their relationship begins to progress, Will receives devastating news--Natalia is his next target.
