God's angels were given His laws, and they taught them to the populace. Men of all nations lived in one accord. However, something was brewing. There were certain angels with negative attitudes towards some of the earth's inhabitants. Lucifer started ruling planet earth with a pessimistic disposition. He had conceived an evil plan in his heart and started speaking falsehoods about God his Creator. Many concealed meetings were conducted over an unknown period with zealous participants.
