Certainly, for its rich past, Oran receives visitors from all over the country and foreign tourists. Moreover, it offers them all the aspects of a modern city, open to the sea and to the region of the former Oranie, a gateway to all Algeria, from the Zianid princes to modern times. Considered as the second city of Algeria, after the political capital Algiers, Oran is, in the eyes of specialists, a city in perpetual social, cultural and tourist transformation. This great change, recorded these last years, favors the theory of the city's development.
