More importantly, other medical reports have underlined that if this health complication is left untreated, further problems like bone fractures and the introduction of kidney stones can arise. Therefore, medical experts have advised people to increase their intake of calcium in order to reduce the risks of being exposed to primary hyperparathyroidism. In fact, an adult is expected to consume around 700 mg of calcium every day. The main dietary sources of calcium can be milk, diary foods, sardines, pilchards and so on.
