As he attempts to avoid retaliation, he crosses paths with some unlikely characters, including an East End gangster, a rich girl and a church pastor. These encounters challenge his whole world and have him struggling between the truth and his reputation. He begins to read a book given to him by his mentor, but as his eyes begin to open, Ninja is let out early and he wants revenge.
