After overcoming paralysis in his lower extremities at an early age and walking with 405lbs, he built a speaking platform to motivate many to consider the importance of continuing a trend of thought that cultivates cultures or culminates into a contemplation about the concept of mind over matter. On numerous occasions, he has served as an advocate for the unification of purposes that uplifted spirits and maintained the motivation within meaningful missions to memorialize monumental movements. He has developed, coordinated, implemented, and evaluated "platforms of service." He has introduced alternative "product instruments" as maneuvers or mechanisms that efficiently and effectively sustained cooperative efforts until they became fruitful and favorable.

Over the years, it has been his pleasure to assess and address the "needs" of individuals, businesses, not-for-profit organizations, and agencies at the local, state, and federal level. He has endured the arduous process of streamlining production cycles; restructuring workflows; redesigning initiatives; and re-assigning their respective tasks to the right unit, division, and department for fulfillment. He has consulted and collaborated with "key players" through one-on-one dialogues, group discussions, and supplemental training materials. He has used accountability and self-motivation as a method for merging goal orientations with optimal results, as the mind and body will often want to be mentored by an action-based "blueprint" model that's credible. He still believes that the most adoptable strategies, in contingencies that cultivate consistencies, are those "precepts" and/or procedures that are feasible and adaptable.
