Description
I used to believe that those who lived without abuse have had some kind of advantage over me. While they were busy chasing their dreams, I was fighting every day to survive. I had to accept this is a part of my journey from a victim of narcissistic abuse to a survivor in order to truly heal and be able to raise awareness around it.
I have found POETRY being most meaningful and powerful tool to FREELY express my struggles, battles for survival and immense joy of finding freedom.
Poetry has allowed me to forget about strict rules, constant control and just enjoy the process of putting my feelings and inner wisdom out there, into the world.
This poetry collection marks the closure of another chapter in my healing and is related to 4 Stages I have went to in order to become WHO I AM today.
It takes YOU on a warrior's journey which has been empowering, inspirational and one of immense gratitude to those who decided to walk alongside me.
