Some people just need killing. By all appearances, Lucas Langford is a totally normal guy. But the retired manager of a car dealership in Texas has a dark secret. Years ago, he found and kept a 9mm gun and seventeen bullets. Ever since, he has been plotting and planning, carefully choosing the people he feels deserve to die. Finally, the time has come to act.
