This book was formerly the first half of the unwieldy The Book of Blogs: Moderate Stage Chronic Kidney Disease, Part 1. I've cleaned up the format and added an index. I learned about indexing and formatting as I wrote (Take a look at SlowItDownCKD 2015 & SlowItDown CKD 2016.) The original book that was the impetus for the blog and the book series is What Is It and How Did I Get It? Early Stage Chronic Kidney Disease. Then there's both The Book of Blogs: Moderate Stage Chronic Kidney Disease, Part 1 and The Book of Blogs: Moderate Stage Chronic Kidney Disease, Part 2. Read one or read them all. Just make sure you, your family, and your friends are educated about CKD.
