Israel has been immune to world condemnation for its treatment of the Palestinians in the Occupied Territories because of protection by the United States. So it is only in the US that the Palestinians can get redress -- and only from the Federal Courts. The President and Congress have turned a blind eye to the atrocities being committed on the Palestinians by the Israel Government. The authors have some ideas on litigation.
