The world has ended. Unexplainable natural disasters are the downfall to civilization as we know it. Medical care is so scarce that it has become illegal for anyone to use.

Jade, an asthmatic debtor, spends her life scavenging in a dystopian while hiding out from the DC officers-an aggressive task force who hunts down medical debtors. She manages to stay off their radar until she kills one of them while trying to save a young girl, who resembles Jade's estranged sister.

Now she's the most wanted person in the country.

Teaming up with other debtors and a local rebel group, Jade no longer wishes to survive. Her mission is to fight and overthrow the people who implemented the new medical law.
