And Andrei is not the average vampire. While other vamps indulge themselves in the hedonistic pleasures of cannibalism and feeding, Andrei has lost interest in those affairs. He doesn't have time for child's play.

While Andrei keeps to himself, proudly refusing to associate himself with lower-ranked vamps, he is persuaded by his human Dunny to go the annual Seven Sins Sendoff, a night famous for vampire debauchery.

Its main appeal? The Animal Room.

A crude name to be sure, but it explains it well. The Animal Room. The room where daring vampires are left to bleed out until they are on the brink of death. And when their desperate animal instincts kick in, they're given a warmblood to feast on.

This room is not for the faint-hearted and for that reason Andrei decides to go.

With his blood nearly completely drained, he hungrily awaits as the doors open to reveal his meal. The clock counts down and the girl walks in. Stunningly beautiful. And delicious.

Andrei wastes no time to taste her, but as he pounces on her and stares deeply into her eyes, something is wrong.

This was not a normal girl. Those were not normal eyes. This was not supposed to happen.
