Something has got Peaches spooked! The otherwise happy and healthy chimpanzee is suddenly acting moody and frantic. Concerned for their beloved pet, the Cromwell sisters bring Peaches to veterinarian Jennifer Gray, who speculates that Peaches' condition is caused by discord over the sisters' respective beaus.

But then Peaches is kidnapped, and the whole of town enter the hunt to find her. Will the folks of Calico be able to save Peaches from the clutches of the dastardly villain who would trade the chimpanzee's life for the recipe to the sisters' homemade elixir?
