For 33-year-old Charlotte Dawson, a schoolteacher from the city of Adelaide, the 19^th of November 1996 had been just like any other day. It wasn't until she arrived home at her flat in the beachside suburb of Glenelg that things changed. She'd just opened the door when the phone rang.
