It is September 11th, 2011 and the President has just taken off in Air Force One from Los Angeles following an overnight stay when they receive a multi-bogie missile launch warning from out in the Atlantic. Projecting "back to earth" trajectories in remote areas of Canada, the Northern English Channel and a remote area of Poland with two missles each direction seemingly wandering off into outer space, the NATO command structure across four regions all agreed this was likely a terrorist ruse to cause mass panic on the 10th anniversary of that previous fateful day. That is until the clock struck 9:11AM EDT when Air Force One lost all satellite links overhead along with air to ground communications as well. Still very early in the morning on the west coast, they could also see that the electrical grid had been taken out below. What they did not know was that the same thing was happening all across Europe, there had just been ground attacks in Israel and Afghanistan, and the worst news was yet to come.
