The wait is finally over. After one long year of planning and preparing, Lance Riddick is finally ready. He's going to kidnap the woman of his dreams, and take her away to his mountain cabin deep inside the woods. He has everything set and in place. Ropes, chains, duct tape, and even a black hood. He spared no expense to make sure this goes quickly and perfectly. It will be an easy job. All he needs is to get her alone, and off they go.

He expects there might be complications. Her coworkers will wonder where she disappeared to, the police will certainly get involved, and then of course there's her husband. What Lance doesn't know is that a group of psych patients are currently breaking loose at a nearby insane asylum. They have no emotions and no regrets, and they quickly leave a trail of bodies as they escape into the night. As they try to get as far away from their prison as possible, they soon encounter a lone cabin in the woods. The same cabin where Lance is keeping his female prisoner.
