In the dark streets of Oakland, California, a pandemic of gang violence has spread into the black community, causing warfare against the black man and woman. Meanwhile, a local investigative journalist name, John Robinson is on the verge of discovering the whereabouts of the 64,000 missing black women and children across the states, while unknowingly dealing with his mental illness in a crazed society that frowns upon the conditions. It's 2018 and John is working on a case in his neighborhood, where his close friend, Officer Lauren Rodriquez, helps him on his quest into finding a ten years old missing black girl, Nabilha McDow, who could be connected to the other 64,000 unsolved cases in the world. And it's left in the hands of John and Lauren to solve the mysteries.
