Morgan Raines has known her share of trouble. After surviving her youth as a captive of the Cheyenne, she's grown into a famed frontierswoman, sharpshooter, and ranch owner with her family. But her troubles are far from over when she has to face off with an enemy bent on revenge. Amid a flurry of nefarious plots, Dunford manages to kidnap Glory and her prickly friend Toby, the son of a duke. They do everything to get home, outsmarting other would-be captors and befriending helpful strangers, fleeing across continents to escape whatever Dunford has planned for them.

As enemies chase each other down and allies band together to stop them, both Morgan and Glory bring their signature wit and ruthlessness to their fight to reunite their family-and take Dunford down once and for all.
