After stressing about his up-and-coming 43rd birthday, Xavier is granted the ability to relive what he claims was the last happy year in his life by a mysterious stranger only known as Arnold. As Xavier awakens as a 13-year-old in 1991, he initially struggles with adjusting to being a teenager who's going through puberty.
