Description
Billy explains that he can't change something like death. However, Billy discovers that Stewart has the prototype, the original time travelling technology but doesn't know how to use it and that government agents were after him for the instructions. Billy must go back in time to convince his sister to find the prototype and destroy it so no one can figure out how to use it. This will require Billy to do something he has never done before, risk his life intentionally to keep the timeline in order.
