This book could be useful for researchers and scholars working in the fields where the quantitative decision making is applied. Here are provided a general mathematical paradigm and lots of numerical methods for practitioners that construct Value based models in new applications in sociology, ecology, agriculture, control design and in economics. The subject area of the book addresses theory of measurement (scaling), utility theory and Bayesian approach in decision making theory, stochastic approximation and potential function method, machine learning and optimal control theory.
