The purpose of this work is to facilitate the understanding of the Value-Oriented Process Theory and to promote the VBPMN methodology "Value-based Business Process Management Network" or "Value-oriented Business Process Management Network", using the software tool PArchitect(R). As stated by the Society for Design and Process Science - SDPS, the PArchitect(R) software has the uniqueness of satisfying the VBPMN methodology that models compliance, interoperability, governance, self-management, transparency, collaboration, and makes explicit the transdisciplinary moments in a single process model. This process includes all the information that provides the human, technological, environmental resources and legal references required for the operation and management of the business, in a single integrated process. In the traceability of this integrated process, the identification and characterization of unnecessary and mandatory risks are visualized, as well as waste intrinsic and extrinsic to the context, allowing possible contours, evolutions and proactive corrections that avoid collapses in the Organization.
