A horror/fantasy about Sazrun, the One-Winged Angel and Master of Illusions, is cast down from Heaven following his desire to undermine God's authority, stemming from his belief that all evil comes from God -who is held accountable to no one. Sazrun encounters a group of young Jehovah's Witnesses who seek enlightenment and betterment but he is drawn by that which they seek to discard: by their sins and each is unique and powerful, granting him a possible way back into Heaven. He exploits their weaknesses and shortcomings, but what happens when a Master of Illusions meets one who has no weakness to be exploited, who is an anomaly in a world of imperfection? It is a challenge to his perception of humanity and morality, a philosophy he must quench for it challenges the very foundations of everything he does.
