Each dawn, the old man walks the same crumbling path to the sea. Each dawn, the tide meets him. The memory that refuses to fade. But this morning, something shifts. The water feels warm. The sea, wine-dark, eternal, weaves the man's tapestry once again, back to where it all began. Or where it all ended. As he wades deeper, time begins to fold. The years dissolve into one long ripple: a mother who walked into the waves; a boy left on the shore; a woman who made him believe in illusions and choice. Beneath it all, the Wine-Dark sea waits, patient, remembering what he tried to forget.
